..قررت شراء طلاقها .. لم تجد سيدة سعودية حلا للطلاق من زوجها سوى القبول أمام المحكمة
دفع مبلغ 55 ألف ريال لزوجها للحصول على ورقة طلاقها.. وقررت الزوجة شراء ورقة طلاقها
لأن زوجها لا يصلي وذلك بعد خمسة أيام فقط من الزواج.. وقالت صحيفة"المدينة"
السعودية على موقعها الإلكتروني اليوم إن قضية المرأة انتهت بعد رفضها العودة لبيت
الزوجية بحكم شرعي يقضي بفسخ عقد النكاح بين الزوجين مقابل تعويض الزوجة لزوجها بمبلغ
55 ألف ريال من قيمة المهر الذي بلغ في حينها 70 ألف ريال، واعتبار المبلغ المتبقي
من المهر بمثابة نفقة لجنينها الذي تحمله من ثمرة الزواج المذكور.. وتعود تفاصيل القضية
التي تقدم الزوج لمحكمة "ضمد" بدعوى ضد زوجته التي تركت منزل الزوجية بعد
خمسة أيام من زفافهما حيث طالب في دعواه إعادتها لبيت الزوجية طائعة منقادة فيما بررت
الزوجة بعد مثولها أمام القضاء خروجها لمنزل أهلها بأن زوجها يسئ العشرة ولا يصلي ..ويشاهد
المنكرات وهو الأمر الذي نفاه الزوج.(فقط بعدا خمسة أيام؟؟؟)

هذه الحادثة هي ستكون مدخل
لنا لعرض فكرتنا عن واقع نعيشه في المملكة العربية السعودية .. في تناول الإعلام لتسويق في قضايا المرأة حسب الواسطة الإعلامية أو حسب
المدخول المادي في ارتفاع نسب التوزيع .. دون النظر إلي العمل للتقدم المجتمع ورقية ..وذلك بعدم تناول أخبار بهذه الطريقة ما لم تكن مكتملة
في جميع حيثياتها .. وهذا يوضح الصراع بين الدولة المدنية وبين مفهوم الدولة الدينية لدى المتشددون ..والخاسر
هو المواطن البسيط .. والسلعة هي المرأة والضحية هو الطفل فمصيره إما القتل أو
التشرد .. هذه هي السعودية ألان يا سادة الكل يريد التخريب والسؤال لماذا ؟.. اعتماد
المحكمة على قبول الدعوة والحكم الظاهر المفضي للنزاع وتحريش كلا الطرفين على الأخر..
وفرض نفقه دون معاير حسابيه والثاني هو
الاعتماد على مبداء التشهير وإطالة أمد القضية ليطول النزاع .. الزوجة خمسة أيام والتهمه كانت جاهزة .. هي أنها اكتشفت بان
زوجها لا يصلي لاستدرار عطف القضاء ..أي انه يكون تارك لصلاة ويكون الحكم علية
بالكفر.. ورغم نفي الزوج .. إلى أن القاضي
حكم لزوجه بعشرين ألف بسبب أنها حامل ..وهنا على الزوج أن يقوم بنقض الحكم لان المقال يبين أن هناك تحدي وعنف ديني مورس
على الزوج دون معرفة الأسباب ..وهنا نقول
بأن هذه
الحادثة تقودنا لما سنورده ألان .. وإذا لم تنتبه الدولة للجهل الذي أصبح
يتعامل به القضاة في المحاكم ..فأن المصيبة ستكون كبيرة وهي زوال العدل..وإذا زال العدل انعدم الأمان والثقة في المؤسسات الحقوقية لدولة
.. دعونا ألان نتناول هذه القضية من هذا المنطلق ..ونرى كيف تدمر الأسرة
السعودية وكيف تلغى جميع المؤسسات التي
تهتم بجمع الشمل مثل اللجان الأسرية .. مع العلم بان عمل هذه
لا تبدأ عملها في الأساس إلا بعد أن يصدر القاضي إحكامه الفرنسية ذات
الطابع الشرعي بمفهوم جديد للخداع .. بعدا
العداوة وتشتيت الشمل تبدأ هذه اللجان عملها مستخدمة سلاح التهديد وتلويح بأن هذا
الحكم شرع الله ومن يعارض شرع الله لا يعدا مسلم .. وتهديد بالفضيحة وقد يتعرض للاعتداء
بضرب أو بالفظ .والسجن إذا لم يقبل الذل باسم الشرع . والتهديد والوعيد..أي
استمرار.لأمر قد غلبت علية هذه اللجان ألمنفذه الصماء..مثل الشرطة... وهنا تكون
العداوة كبيرة وينشأ جيل كاره.. يصعب السيطرة علية .. والمجتمع تتعزز به طابع
القوة والانتقام بأساليب العنف والتلاعب في
الشريعة الإسلامية مابين القاضي والمدعي..ونتيجة هذا العمل
والتعامل مع القضايا الأسرية ..يكون
الطلاق
في السعودية أمر طبيعي لأنه استثمار ..لتحصل المطلقة على مزايا ورواتب الضمان الاجتماعي
.. وبعدها لأمانع من رجوعها بلا عقد إذا كانت الطلقة الأولى ..والمبلغ الذي دفع ستسترجعه عن طريق المنح السنوية
والرواتب الشهرية.. بالإضافة للمواد العينية .بالإضافة للأرباح .أو تتزوج بأخر
وتمارس نفس التجارة مع نفس القاضي.. أو قاضي بعدا

تفيد بطلاقها أو تفيد بحضانتها للأولاد . وهنا أما أن يكون شرع أو يكون وفق

..أن يكون سبق صحفي .. أو انتقام .. أو تحقيق مكاسب اجتماعية ..أو تنافسيه
مؤسساتية ..أو تحقيق مطالب باستخدام ورقة الأطفال.. والدلائل على ذلك كثيرة ولا تحتاج للتعب لتأكد منها كل ما
علينا هو أن نقرأ الصحافة اليومية وان
نشاهد البرامج التلفزيونية ونركز على مشاهدة برامج (داود الشريان) وضيوفه
المنتقيين له وسماع جملة التهديدات التي يطلقونها لفساد الأسر وسلب الأطفال بدعوى
المدافعة عن حقوقهم .. متناسين.. بان
الأطفال لديهم مطلب واحد وهذا المطلب
ليس في الطلاق وأحكام (سلق البيض) من القضاة في المحاكم السعودية أن أهم حقوقهم هي الحياة بأمان .. (وسنرفق تسجيل

السعودية كثير منها موجودين وهم من ضمن 98 حالة طلاق في اليوم .. وهم يأخذونها استثمارات بسيطة وسهله في لاستثمار
كا رأس مال لمشروع رابح .. هذه هي الحقيقة الدامية ..رغم ما يفعله خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله بن عبد
العزيز آل لسعود من إصلاحات ..إلا أن هناك من يفضل الإفساد وتدمير المجتمع السعودي
لأنه يرفض قنوات الأسرة في المناطق التي أمر
بها خادم الحرمين الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز آل لسعود حفظه الله ..ويأخذا هو الحلول لأنه يعتبرهم أعداء للقاضي وتعدي من الملك على
القضاء وليس مساعدين لإرشاده.. للكيفية الكفيلة باستقرار الأسرة وتقديم المشورة
التي تكفل للأسرة الحياة الآمنة والمستقرة
.. وإنهاء أو الحد من ما تتعرض لها من
مشاكل .. للحكم العادل الذي يتماشى مع أن حقيقة نص الشريعة الإسلامية هو العدل ..وان الشرع الإسلام
صالح لتطبيق في كل زمان ومكان .. فهل يفقه القضاء هذا .. بحكمة تعاملهم باحترام مع الكيان الأسري مع
الزوج والزوجة والأبناء .. أم أنهم يسيرون بإصرار في غيهم وتعاليهم ويجعلون الإسلام(مطيه
من مطايا الشر والانتقام والعياذ بالله).وهل يعيي كل المدافعين عن سلامة القضاء في
السعودية من الفساد بان هناك فساد ؟ودليل هو تفرق الأسر وتشتت شمل أفرادها بسبب
الولوج للقضاء المنفرد بأهوائه.. في اعتقادي هذا ما دفع السيدة وغيرها من السيدات

المحافظة على روح تلك الملكة وتقديم أفضل
المشورة لها ..وليس دفعها للشر وتسهيله لها ..أو جعلها بضاعة تباع وتشترى لتحقيق
أغراضهم والانتصار لميولاتهم العنصرية أو الفكرية .. إن الله لا يقبل أن يكون
شرعه مطية من مطايا ألفتن والتفريق بين البشر.هذا باختصار ..وفي الأيام
