أنه عندما تصل الدول في العالم العربي والإسلامي إلى مستو متدني من الانحطاط والتدهور في الأخلاق والقيم والسياسة تبدأ هنا غرائز الحاشية ومعاونيهم بالجشع والطمع في جمع الأموال وتكديسها حتى يكون هذا الأسلوب هواية يمارسها الساسة في الدولة وتصبح السرقة هي المتعة الوحيدة التي يتفاخرون بها وهنا يتجمع المال والنفوذ في يد مجموعة قليلة لا تعرف قانون ولا أحكام تقيدها وتمنعه عن النهب وسرقة أموال الشعب بالقوة أو بالتحايل .في الحقيقة يجب على المطلع لهذه الفئة من المرتزقة إن يعلم بأنها أكثر الخاسرون في الواقع حيث أنهم تصادر أموالهم ويعيشون طوال عمرهم في ذل واحتقار وفي بؤس من العيش وتصيبهم الكآبة والندامة لحالهم الذي اصبحو علية ونحن في الوطن العربي نرى هذه القصص تتكرر. إن الذين يسرقون الوطن يتركونه مفلس وذلك لأنهم يعتبرون أنفسهم أفضل من السابقون الذين خاضوا نفس القصص . فهم يهربون

لأنها أموال مسروقة والقاعدة لدى المجرمون هي إن السرقة من سارق هي أمر مشروع لهم . وبتسخير أولئك الحثالة من الخونة استطاعت الدول التي يحكمها مرتزقة محتلون إن يسخرو تلك الأموال المنهوبة من تلك الشعوب المصدقة بعبارات الحرية التي توردها تلك البؤر من الدول التي يحكمها مرتزقة واعني بهذه الكلمة من لم يكن من أبناء تلك الدول أي من بلاد أخرى .كما هو الحال في أمريكا .فجعلت أموالهم وأنفسهم أدواة وأسلحة
لمحاربة شعوبهم أو تقديمهم لتلك الشعوب قرابين ليكسبوا المزيد من الأموال والاحترام والمصداقية بأنهم
