جرائم الصحة في عهد الوزير الربيعه ..وربيع الحقوق الضائعة
اذا نحن نريد التطور والنمو فيجب علينا
..ان نعرف ما نعمل ..ما كان يجب هو محاكمتهم .ومحاكمة وزير الصحة ..الدكتور عبدالله
الربيعه .فكل يوم تخرج علينا جرائم وتحديات
صحية تبتز المواطن السعوديه .وتجعله في اذلال دائم ..ان التطور والثقافة لدى
الدكتور الربيعه ..هي محكومه بالكرسي والواجهة الاجتماعية ..لو كان مثقف كان قدم استقالته
. وستمر بعمله طبيب ويكفر عن ما حدث في حق هذه الطفله والأطفال الاخرين والمرضى في
عصر وزارته بالعمل الخيري للوقوف مع
المرضى وعلاجهم هذا هو الطبيب والإنسان
بحق .ولكن الفرق هو أننا كنا نعيب على الاخرين في دولهم ..ونحن نحذو حذو ما كنا نعيبه
.
وهنا دعونا ننظر للفقرة العاشرة من تلك
الوجه المستهترة التي ترسم لتخلي عن المسؤولية
وإلقائها ناقصة للجهات الاخرى حتى يكون
اهل الضحايا في متاهات المطالبه بحقوقهم
ماذا تقول هذه الفقرة التي اشرت لها ((عاشراً : إحالة القضية إلى الهيئة الصحية الشرعية بمنطقة جازان
للحق الخاص ))
والمفروض ان تحال هذه القضية وتتابع من وزارة الصحة حتى اخذ الحق كامل بعدها يترك الامر لأصحاب
الحق اما بأخذه او التنازل عنه ..وهذا يفتح لنا مفهوم الحق الخاص لدى الدوله وتفاهة
تقديراته ..

إعفاء مدير مستشفى
جازان وجميع المتورطين في نقل الدم الملوث لرهام

أعفت وزارة الصحة مدير
مستشفى جازان العام من منصبه، والمدير الطبي بمستشفى جازان العام، ومدير المختبر
وبنك الدم وتغريمه 10 آلاف ريال وإغلاق التبرع بالدم في المستشفى وذلك على خلفية
نقل الدم الملوث للطفلة رهام حكمي.
وذكرت الوزارة في بيان لها :"ان وزارة الصحة وهي تعيش ألم الخطأ الجسيم الذي أصاب أحد بنات الوطن من منطقة جازان تقدم عميق اعتذارها للطفلة العزيزة ووالديها وأسرتها والمجتمع السعودي الكريم"، وتؤكد إلتزامها بمحاسبة كل مقصر ومتهاون وحفظ حقوق الطفلة وأسرتها العامة والخاصة.كما تؤكد الوزارة أن ما حصل كان بتهاون فردي بعدم الإلتزام بتطبيق المعايير المعتمدة في بنوك الدم. وذكرت الوزارة لقد قامت فور اكتشاف هذا الخطأ الجسيم بعلاج الطفلة وفق أفضل المعايير المتاحة طبياً وإعطائها العلاجات المضادة للفيروسات بإشراف فريق طبي متخصص بجازان، كما أن الوزارة وحرصا على سلامة الطفلة قامت بنقلها إلى مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الابحاث بالرياض؛ حيث أكد المختصون توافقهم مع ما قدم لها فور اكتشاف الحالة كما قامت الوزارة بتكليف الفريق الطبي المعالج بالتواصل واستشارة المراكز المتخصصة لمزيد من الاطمئنان وستحظى الطفلة بالعناية الطبية في المكان المناسب لحالتها بحسب مرئيات الكوادر المختصة. ولقد طمأن الفريق الطبي المختص أنه وبإذن الله تعالى هناك فرصة لعدم انتقال العدوى للطفلة نظراً لإعطائها مضادات الفيروس الحديثة فور إكتشاف الحالة مما يقلل فرص العدوى. وتطمئن الوزارة الجميع أن كافة بنوك الدم ملزمة بتطبيق أحدث معايير الجودة والسلامة وتقوم بمحاسبة كل متهاون أو مقصر دون هوادة. وجددت الوزارة تأكيدها على مدراء الشئون الصحية بالمناطق والمحافظات ومدراء المستشفيات والمختبرات وذوي العلاقة بمتابعة ذلك بكل حزم وصرامة. واثر هذا الخطأ الجسيم قامت الوزارة على الفور بتشكيل فريق تحقيق عاجل من المختصين كما كلفت لجنة النظر في مخالفات أحكام نظام مزاولة المهن الصحية ولائحته التنفيذية بدراسة القضية وبناء على توصيات 
هذه اللجان فقد أصدرت الوزارة القرارات التالية :
أولاً: إغلاق
التبرع ببنك الدم بمستشفى جازان العام على أن يقوم بنك الدم بمستشفى الملك فهد
بجازان بتأمين احتياج مستشفى جازان العام من وحدات الدم ومشتقاته لحين تصحيح
الوضع وتقييمه من لجنة مختصة .
ثانياً: إعادة هيكلة إدارة المختبرات وبنوك الدم بصحة جازان وتكليف الإدارة العامة للمختبرات وبنوك الدم لتشكيل إدارة جديدة بالمنطقة بالتنسيق مع الشئون الصحية بالمنطقة. ثالثاً: سحب ترخيص مزاولة المهنة وفصل فني المختبر المتسبب في نقل الدم من وظيفته . رابعاً : إعفاء مدير مستشفى جازان العام من منصبه . خامساً : إعفاء المدير الطبي بمستشفى جازان العام من منصبه . سادساً: إعفاء مدير المختبر وبنك الدم في مستشفى جازان العام من منصبه وتغريمه الحد الأقصى المقرر نظاماً كعقوبة لمثل هذه المخالفة وهي (10000) ريال. سابعاً : إعفاء المشرف الفني على بنك الدم بمستشفى جازان العام وتغريمه الحد الأقصى المقرر نظاماً كعقوبة لمثل هذه المخالفة وهي (10000) ريال. ثامناً : إعفاء منسق برنامج الايدز بالمنطقة من منصبه وتغريمه الحد الأقصى المقرر نظاماً كعقوبة لمثل هذه المخالفة وهي (10000) ريال . تاسعاً : إعفاء مدير المختبرات وبنوك الدم بالمنطقة من منصبه . عاشراً : إحالة القضية إلى الهيئة الصحية الشرعية بمنطقة جازان للحق الخاص . الحادي عشر : إحالة موضوع المتبرع المصاب للجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بحقه . والوزارة إذ تعلن ذلك تؤكد التزامها بمنهج الشفافية وتطبيق الأنظمة واللوائح لكل ما يحقق أمن وسلامة المريض ولن تتهاون في سبيل ذلك

Exemption director of Jazan Hospital and all those involved in the

care in the right place for her, according to competent cadres visuals. The
competent medical team reassured that and, God willing, there is a chance for
non-transmission of a child due to give it a modern anti-virus immediately
after the discovery of the case, which reduces the chances of infection. The
ministry assured everyone that all blood banks are obliged to apply the latest
quality and safety standards and are held accountable every negligent or
deficient unabated. The ministry renewed its emphasis on health affairs managers
regions and provinces and directors of hospitals, laboratories and relevant
follow-up firmly and stringent.
The
impact of this serious mistake, the ministry immediately formed a team urgent
investigation of specialists also tasked the committee to consider violations
of the provisions system practicing health professionals and its executive

restructuring of the Department of Laboratories and Blood Banks Jazan health

laboratory technician causing the transfer of blood from his job.
IV:
Exemption Director of Jizan General Hospital from office.
Fifth:
exempting medical director Jazan General Hospital from office.
Sixth:
Director exemption laboratory and blood bank in Jazan General Hospital from
office and fined the maximum scheduled punishment system for such offense,
namely, (10000) Real.
Seventh:
Technical Supervisor exemption on the blood bank Jazan General Hospital and
fined the maximum scheduled punishment system for such offense, namely, (10000)
Real.
Eighth:
exemption AIDS program coordinator in the area of office and fined the
maximum scheduled punishment system for such offense, namely, (10000) Real.
IX:
Exemption director of laboratories and blood banks in the region from office.
Tenth:
to refer the case to the Health Authority in Jazan legitimacy of the right to
private.
XI:
referral Multi infected donor to the competent authorities to take necessary
action against him.
The
ministry declaring that reaffirms its commitment to transparency and approach
the application of the rules and regulations for everything to achieve the
security and safety of the patient and will not tolerate in order to do so.
