Part I الجزء الأول -
إلي السادة قرائي الأعزاء من يمنحوني الاستمرار في طرحي ويدفعوني للإمام لتجاوز أي صعوبة تواجهني في حريتي بإبداء رأيي .اليوم في أطروحتي هذه ابدي رأيي في ما يحدث هذه الأيام من تدمير وقتل وتشريد كافة الشعوب وكأنهم أصابهم جنون البقر أو داء أنفلونزا الخنازير . فدمرت المجتمعات وعادت إلي عهد الأطماع والاستعمار لجني الكثير من الأموال ولفرض الهيمنة وتسلط وعودة العبودية بثوب أخر . وكان وقودها هم الشعوب البائسة التي ألغت كل طرق وسبل المجتمعات بانسياقها وراء أهواء مصالح الكبار أو جنون بعض الساسة ومن يتبعهم بفكر منحل أو مريض أو ناقم . هنا رأيت إن أوضح لما يحدث هذا ولم أجد له سبب يدفعه بهذه الرعونة وذلك الإعصار المدمر غير . إن سبب ذلك يرجع للانتماء الذي يحدد مسار البشرية في مجتمعاتهم وكيفية استغلالهم لمكان تجمعه . أترككم مع أطروحتي هذه التي اعتقد بأنها الوحيدة في مضمونها على شبكات الانترنت .وفي محركات البحث .وستكون على جزأين أجزاء أو جزاءين ليسهل قراءتها بكل سلاسة . وهي كما قلت تعبر عن وجهت نظري وما اشعر به يدور حولي . مستعين بالله ثم بمن سبقوني في تعريف الانتماء الوطني أو كلمة الانتماء كمصطلح ظهر بظهور الحدود والالتزام بها باعتبارها ملكيات خاصة تتبع بعض البشر .

هو عادة يكون شعور فردي بالثقة يملا النفس أي إن هذا الفرد هو جزء من جماعة . يمكنها إن تدافع عنه ضد أي خطر أو ظرف قاهر قد يواجهه ،
وهذا الانتماء يجب أن يوفر له الاستقرار النفسي والاطمئنان الذي يجعله لا يشعر بالقلق أو الخوف أي تسير به هذه ألقناعه لحد الاقتناع بهذا الانتماء الذي ينتمي له .
وتساعده وترفعه هذه القناعة أن يكون عضو منتج في مجالات الإنتاج الفكري أو المادي ليساهم في بناء مجتمعه الذي انتمى أو ينتمي له .
- وعلينا هنا إن نعلم بأن للانتماء فلسفته الخاصة التي يستمدها من واقع نظرة اجتماعيه وواقع نفسي
نابع من الذات البشرية .
- إن المجتمع بنشأته ألطبيعيه . يرى بأن من لم يكون من أبناءه ليس منه لأنه (لا ) توجد هناك روابط فسيولوجية أو نفسيه تربطه بها.
- أما في المجال النفسي فهذا الانتماء يكون خاضع لكتله من الأحاسيس والمشاعر الداخلية تتحكم بها نوع الذات البشرية .وما مرت به من مؤثرات كونت قناعتها وسارت باتجاهاتها ,
حيث إن الفرد قد يشعر بأنه بين أهله ولأكنه يشعر بعدم الانتماء . وهذا يعتبر أمر طبيعي . وذلك بسبب الحالة النفسية ألداخليه . والتي تتكون أم بسبب الانعكاسات للمناخات في المجتمع .أو لما يرجع لتكوينه الجسماني من نواحي بيولوجية و فكرية معقدة . ( أي ) إن الانتماء لا يتعدى لغير هذين المنهجين ,
ويعتبر أخطرهما هو الانتماء النفسي .. فعندما يكون الإنسان منتمي للمكان أو عرق أو دين . أي إن انه قد يكون منتمي جسدين فقط .هنا تكمن الخطورة .
لعدم اهتمامه بانتمائه ألذاتي (أي النفسي) وبما يحيط بها .هو هنا يكون قد فقد الثقة بنفسه (بذاته) وفي الأسس الفكرية الاجتماعية .. وهذا ما جعل المفكرون قبلنا والباحثين يهتمون بتقسيم أسس الانتماء فمنها أولي ومنها ثانوي .وهذه التقسيمات حسب نظرة كل دارس وباحث ومتبحر في السير في سبر أغوار هذا العلم .
- وهنا سأتناول ما اعتقد بأنه يلامس حياتنا أو حياتي بالأصح وقد كثر الحديث عنها أو كمناهج تعليمة تدرس .لأجيالنا في منهج واحد تم اختزال الانتماء الوطني به . ووضعت لها مادة في المملكة العربية السعودية تدرس تحت اسم التربية الوطنية وقد ألغيت , لثبات فشلها وضعف تلك الرؤية التي أشارة بتدريسها . والغريب أنها أعيدت ولكن بصياغة بمسمى أخر تحت اسم الدارسات الاجتماعية والوطنية .وتحمل نفس الفكر الذي الغي ،وهنا نقف ونجعل الآخر يتأمل .. حيث كان الهدف من اعتماد تدريسها هو لسد تلك الفجوة التي نمت في ظل عدم الاهتمام بتعامل مع هذا المصطلح على انه قاعدة ثابتة في تكوين وتطور أي مجتمع . والتعامل معه كأساس من الأسس لتكوين المجتمعات كمجتمع يكتسب الطابع الدولي الحديث . لهذا الانتماء ،وهنا تعتبر هذه الانتماءات هي انتماءات أولية في تأسيس وتكوين المجتمع لأنها ،عبارات تحمل إرادة طبيعيه ..
ويجب إن يشملها ويراعيها كل مجتمع يريد أن ينمو ويتميز في نموه وتطوره بين المجتمعات .الأخرى .بإنتاجيته الفكرية والمادية .ويحجز بها لنفسه مكان في التصنيفات ألمجتماعاتيه للشعوب من حيث تقدمها في مجالات مختلفة وتنافسيه من صناعية وخدما تيه مسخره لتطور المجتمع وتحت خدمة أفراد المجتمع الذين ينتمون له .وهنا فقط يقاس هذا التطور وعليه يمكن القول بأن هناك انتماءات أساسية لا يمكن
إن ينشاء أي مجتمع إلا بها،.وهناك انتماءات ثانوية .
والانتماءات الأولية أو الأساسية هي كما يلي ..
( 1) الانتماء العرقي (الأسري والقبلي )
(2) الانتماء المكاني ( الوطني )
(3) الانتماء الديني
- ودعوني هنا أشير إلي أن هذه الانتماءات لكل منها مفهومه الخاص الذي يميزه قدر الإمكان .أي إن الانتماءات هنا وبهذا التسلسل توضح لنا بما لا يدع مجال لشك أو النقاش .إلا إن يكون هذا النقاش نقاش جدلي فحسب .
- إن الانتماء العرقي بنوعية الأسري والقبلي هو اسبق الانتماءات وهو اسبق من الانتماء المكاني من حيث نشأته التاريخية.ومكانته في نفوس الأفراد . أم الانتماء الديني هو أكثر تعقيدا في مفهومه لأنه يحتاج لشخصيه تستطيع توجيهه التوجيه الفكري لإحداث التغير الثقافة ألاجتماعيه ومظاهر السلوك الإنساني وحضارته بشكل عام .وهنا يمكننا القول بأن مفهوم الانتماء الوطني هو نتاج إفراز بين الارتباط ألانتمائي العرقي والمكاني .وهو مولود جديد يسمى إن صح التعبير الانتماء الوطني
وهو مفهوم بالغ التعقيد وهذا المفهوم يرجع في تفسيره لنشأت الإنسان في جميع مراحل نموه .ويوضح مدى ارتباطه بأسرة قدم ظهر وقدما منها .كمفهوم لوضع طبيعي .أما ما نرآها مكملات للانتماء أو بالأصح الانتماءات الثانوية . تتلخص في الآتي ,
(1) الانتماء الزمني (التاريخي )
(2) الانتماء الأيديولوجي (المذهبي . أو الحزبي)
(3) الانتماء القومي .
(4) الانتماء السياسي ( الإقليمي)
