قصص من ضرماء .أثناء مطالعتي لكتاب الأخ الأستاذ / منديل بن محمد بن منديل آل فهيد (في مؤلفه : سلسلة – من آدابنا الشعبية في الجزيرة العربية(قصص وأشعار)
استوقفتني احد القصص التي حداثة في مدينة ضرماء وهي توضح ما كان يتمتع به أبناء هذه المدينة من ترابط وتآخي .ومعرفتهم بأحوال بعضهم .وهذه القصة حداثة في عهد الملك عبد العزيز كما يتضح من نقلها وسردها . وهنا أترككم مع هذه القصة .وارجوا ممن يطلع عليها من أبناء ضرماء أو ممن أتيحت لهم الفرصة أن يمرو او يقيموا بها أو قرأُ عنها أن يبعثوا لي بما سمعوه عنها أو حدث معهم من قصص تدوون للجيل الذي يأتي من بعدنا .وأنا بدوري هنا سأورد ما يصل لي وما أتذكره مما قيل أو حدث من قصص وروايات لها فوائدها .

حدثني محمد اليساري الخالدي أن قحطانيا نزل بضرماء معدماً فقيراً وكانت زوجته تقضي بعض الحاجات للنساء بمقابل شئ من الطعام يقتاتان به.
فنزل به ضيوف من قحطان يظنون أنه على حالة من اليسار فخرج من بيته يلتمس زاداً لضيوفه فأعطاه أحد الجزارين ذبيحة سمينة و زربيلاً فيه قهوة وتمر وأعطاه حطباً وعيشاً مجروشاً وقال له.
أما الذبيحة فقد اشتريتها بخمسة عشر ريالات وهي دين عندك حتى يرزقك الله وأما الباقي فهو معونة مني لك بلا ثمن لأنه يعرف حالته.
وبعد أكرامة لضيوفه رافقهم في الرحلة إلى ابن سعود بعد إلحاح منهم ليحصل على عادة سنوية.
ولم يكن معه مطية وإنما كان رديفا لأحدهم وفي الليل سقطت عصاه فنزل ليأخذها فوجد صرة فلوس فكتمها ورجع من عندهم إلى بلده معتذراً بحاجة طرت له .
فأعطى الجزار حقه وتحسنت أحواله!
